Medina
Her breakthrough album Velkommen til Medina from 2009 still sounds just as sharp today as it did upon its release. In addition to the obvious classics on the album (Kun For Mig and Vi To), the clubs also embraced Rick Ross in 2024.
Throughout all fifteen years, Medina has created a string of undeniable pop songs and continues to expand her impressive catalog with new classics.
In June 2025, Medina topped the annual Gramex chart as the most-played female lead artist on Danish radio.
KATO
KATO’s debut album Discolized contained several major local hits, including “Hey Shorty” and “Desert Walk”; songs that paved the way for performances at the biggest Danish festivals, making him the first DJ headliner in Danish music history.
With more than 200 million streams on Spotify, over 200,000 downloads sold, and a UK gold certification with the single “Show You Love” (2017), KATO has proven why international stars such as the legendary rapper Snoop Dogg, British DJ/producer Sigala, and American actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld have all released singles with the Danish hitmaker.
Patina
With the single Flammer Rammer, PATINA broke through the sound barrier in 2020. Since then, they have released three full-length albums: their debut Drømmefanger from 2021, Genstart from 2022, and most recently Uvejr from May 2025.
From the very beginning, PATINA has toured relentlessly across the country and has now established itself as one of Denmark’s best and most fiercely energetic live bands – due in no small part to their unique band structure, featuring three front members who take turns singing, playing drums, and percussion.
Embracing the chaos surrounding them are guitarists Toke Lynggaard Larsen and Mathias Bøttern, bassist Frederik Bak, and organ/keyboard player Jens Møller Jensen, all permanent members of the group.
The Orchestra
Det Ny Big Band
feat. Bobo Moreno & Anne David
In addition to The Orchestra, the band members are actively engaged in projects and bands including Burhan G, Sanne Salomonsen, Hej Matematik, Paul Young, Østkyst Hustlers, and Kaya Brüel.
The Orchestra plays music by people, for people. Organic, tight, and humorous, with a strong sense of aesthetics and musical integrity.
Over the years, the ensemble has delivered a wide range of concerts – from James Bond programmes to newly composed music – and has performed extensively at DTU.
At DTU Commemoration 2026, audiences can once again experience Anna David and Bobo Moreno at the front, as the big band presents an evening of classic repertoire as well as rock and pop music in a grand big band format.
